Unusual London outfit Famous have shared a theatrical new track called 'The Beatles'. Serving as the untoppable closing track on their forthcoming EP The Valley, 'The Beatles' in an eclectic outpouring of magpie-esque instrumentation and heartfelt ramblings. The self-described love story takes you on quite the journey. Existing between the realms of their contemporaries Jerskin Fendrix and Black Country, New Road, and perhaps more accurately the solo project or BCNR's Isaac Wood, The Guest, the impassioned confessions of vocalist Jack Merret quiver with intensity through the highs before recoiling and mumbling sardonically over the lows. Arriving alongside some equally ambitious visuals created by Thomas Harrington Rawle (who's also responsible for the brilliant press shot) The Valley (released via untitled (recs) on the 28th of May) is shaping up to be an intriguing listen. -Holly Mullineaux
